reflection

People speak different languages and different accents in different ways but we are all the same regardless of it. We just have to love each other and be good to each other always. That is the way god made us and we have to be happy and proud of it.

Wow! Your reflection is both daring and truthful! Looking a little earlier in your blog I see that you share some of the same pride that your mother does in who she is and how others perceive here. By saying, in this entry, that 'love' is an essential way of accepting each other you bring up something that most people try to stay away from when attempting to make an argument or conclusion on some form of research. I say this because 'love' is often seen as soft or interpreted through the lenses of what 'hollywood' thinks love is. In other words, love is confused for romance. But what you present here is a love that has to do with caring. With taking care of others as you would take care of yourself. In this way, even when there is a lack of 'shared' spoken language, there can always be a shared language of care, respect, and affection.
